Melissa Worth is a painter and artist based in Dayton, Ohio. Her work often focuses on animal and figurative portraiture. She is inspired by the beauty found in everyday moments and fullness of nature. She explores the use of oil paints, watercolor and pastels in both personal and commissioned art.

Melissa received her Bachelor of Fine Art from Colorado State University. She has worked as a graphic designer and stay at home mom to two children, a cat and two dogs. As a military spouse she traveled the country for the past 12 years enjoying the people and diverse landscape in each region.
